All items are printed on-demand from our supplier and shipped directly to you anywhere.
Terms & Conditions: All sales are final. Since every item you purchase is custom-made on-demand, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for the wrong size, incorrect product selection, etc. To ensure you are selecting the correct size, please reference the sizing chart which is in the product description for your convenience.
Fulfillment & Shipping: Shipping costs, and any required taxes, will be added to your order during the check-out process. The estimated fulfillment time for all products has been lengthened due to effects of the COVID-19 pandemic at all levels of the fulfillment and shipping process, and your product will usually ship within 7 days of placing your order. Once the order is complete you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking included. Nonetheless, at the moment, it is very difficult to predict how long it will take your item(s) to reach you. We will do our very best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
Errors or Defects: If there is an error or defect with your order please contact us right away at info@pmglaserconnect.com. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received.
