 1. Does Paul Michael Glaser create all the designs offered by Dudley Rd.?
Yes, he puts a tremendous amount of creative thought and effort into producing the art, and then in using it to design the products. He also inspects and uses sample products to ensure that he is satisfied with their quality.

2. What are our exchange and return policies?
All sales are final. Since every item you purchase is custom-made on-demand, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for the wrong size, incorrect product selection, etc. To ensure you are selecting the correct size, please reference the sizing chart which is in the product description for your convenience. However, If there is an error or defect with your order please contact us right away at. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received.

3. How long does it take merchandise to arrive after I place an order?
The estimated fulfillment time for all products has been lengthened due to effects of the COVID-19 pandemic at all levels of the fulfillment and shipping process. Therefore, at the moment, it is very difficult to predict how long it will take your item(s) to reach you. We currently expect products to be shipped within 7 days of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking included. We assure you that every effort will be made to get the products to you as expeditiously as possible.

4. Why are the size 2XL T-Shirts more expensive?
Unfortunately, our supplier charges more for these shirts, and we need to reflect this in our prices.

5. How are the shipping costs determined?
The shipping costs are determined by our supplier, and then automatically added to your order at check out. To save costs on shipping, combine your purchases into a single order rather than placing multiple orders. For example, the current cost for shipping a single t-shirt within the United States is $3.99, while the shipping cost for two t-shirts in the same order is a total of $5.24. Thus, the additional shirt ships for only $1.25. This is an example, and shipping charges are subject to change. Please note that beanbag chairs are shipped separately, and the shipping cost for each chair is the same regardless of the size of the order.
